On one hand, a complex closed appointment C is composed of a number of commitments that should be achieved by executing a number of actions that are part of a complex action (instance of the complex action universal on which C is based). On the other hand, C stands for a number of commitments to enact a complex action uni- versal by executing its specific sub-actions (i.e., by creating instances of these ac- tions) that must occur in specific time intervals (referred by the propositional content of these constituting commitments).
